Positive Ageing Week

Welcome to Positive Ageing Week at Sandymount Community Centre — a warm, welcoming space to celebrate people of all ages.
Throughout the week, we’ll come together to share stories, learn from one another, and challenge ageist myths with curiosity and kindness. Expect friendly workshops, uplifting talks, creative activities, and plenty of tea-and-chat moments. Whatever your stage of life, there’s something here for you — a chance to connect, feel inspired, and be part of a community that values every stage of life. Join us as we celebrate experience, spark new connections, and build a culture where ageing is positive, visible, and joyful.
